 Most, if not all, of those bearing the surname TEDEN in England and Wales appear to be descended from just one couple - William John TEDEN and his wife Catherine MOOR, who married in 1829 in Marylebone, Middlesex, England.Only 2 of the 193 TEDEN entries found in the England and Wales Birth, Marriage and Death Indexes from 1837-1999 have NOT yet been attributed to descendants of this couple. My Teden one-name study has been registered with the Guild of One-Name Studies since 2004 and primarily focuses on the Teden family of England and Wales, however I am also interested in other Teden families across the world. |
